INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDER
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, you can ship it right back to us. This item must be new and never used. If you’re exchanging, we’ll send you new JproGrips and pay the shipping expenses for the exchanged item. Returns being made for any reasons other than receiving an incorrect or damaged product must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery, at your shipping expense.

Here’s what you should do if you want to exchange or return JproGrips

Enclose a page with your name and contact information as well mailing address along with the merchandise in a secure package. Make sure that the JproGrips are unused, and that all of the tags and accessories that came with the original shipment are in the package. Please place these things in the original packaging. Send us the package using a traceable form of shipment such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Certified or Priority Mail. Please send this form with your package to:

Contact our Customer Service Help Center at +66-093-614-2565, or email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your JproGrips. One of our representatives will provide you with a Return Number and an address to ship the item back to. Make sure that the JproGrips are unused, and that all of the tags and accessories that came with the original shipment are in the package. Please place these things in the original packaging and write your RMA number on the outside of package next to the “Ship To” address. Send us the package using a traceable form of shipment such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Certified or Priority Mail.
